Add Trim and Moldings - With smaller condo units having similar layouts and standard finishes that are becoming norm like Stainless Steel appliances and Hardwood floors you need to break away from the same old. By adding details in the trim like crown and panel moldings, door and window casings or even chair rails you will get that customized look. Your unit will then stand out from the cookie cutter units we often see. 

Replace Builder Grade Bathroom Mirrors - the bathroom is usually second to the kitchen on the importance for buyers so upgrading the frameless mirrors or mirrors that are glued on is an inexpensive way to create a unique look.

Update your Light Fixtures -  Just like mirrors, condos come with standard builder's grade light fixtures. Swap out the boring fixtures for some attractive new ones that match your style and decor.

Accessorize your Storage Spaces - Having a neat, clean and organized space goes a long way in helping a condo unit sell. By outfitting your closets and storage spaces with shelving systems and drawers, adds value and  appeals to buyers who are concerned about amount of space.

Paint - Although I usually suggest white paint on walls to brighten a space, Adding paint is the least expensive way to add a decorative touch to a unit. Choose a small feature wall and coordinate colours to decorate around it with accent pillows and artwork so that your unit feels like a model suite and can stand out from others.
