Why Create an Account?

I will be the first one to say that if a website asks me to login, I will go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I was faced with a difficult decision when designing this new website. Due to MLS restrictions, in order to provide information about all the Toronto listings on the market, there must be a connection established between the client and the broker. I had to decide whether I wanted my users to be able to roam freely through my website and only see partial listings, or be able to view ALL up to date listings as they come on the market by having the user login. I felt that I wanted you to have access to all listings to make sure you do not miss a property that may be of interest to you. I have lifted all the possible restrictions that I can on my end, but you may need to create an account to view some properties. I PROMISE not to contact you if you do not initiate a request.
