Twenty Niagara was designed by Wallman Clewes Bergman and built by Context Developments. It was completed in 1998 and contains 22 fabulous suites facing east onto Victoria Memorial Park. Mature trees and fantastic view of the Skyline can be seen from the suites that have floor to ceiling windows. The units are all through the building having east and west windows. Corner suites have wrap around windows that cover three sides. There are four suites per floor and every two units share a private elevator. All units have large balconies that look onto to the park. Suites range in size from 1100,1360 or 1540 square feet on floors 1 through 5. Penthouse suites come in the sizes 1400,1600 and 2600 square feet. All units have hardwood floors and concrete walls and ceilings and most have gas fireplaces and gas stoves. There are even gas lines on the balconies and terraces for a barbeque. Twenty Niagara received an award for architectural excellence from the Ontario Association of Architects, has been the site of photo shoots, commercial and movies and is considered to be the finest loft building in Toronto. These units do not come on the market very often and when they do, they sell in a matter of days.
