The Brewery loft is a very impressive loft conversion completed in 1998 by the Sorbara Group. From what used to be the prop warehouse for RLPC is now a massive 100 unit loft. The hallways are very wide with giant wood doors for each unit. When you walk into each unit, you are overcome by 14ft plus ceilings. The suites range in size from 750 sq ft to well over 3000 sq ft. The building is six story and can be used as residential and commercial for those who like there business at home. The suites have huge pane glass windows that were cut into the original faรงade and also feature concrete floors and ceilings as well as giant mushroom columns. Most Penthouse suites have roof terraces and many other suites opted for balconies when it was built. Parking is located on the first and second floors of the building and there is visitor parking available outside. Amenities include party room, fitness room, and meeting rooms. There is no concierge however a security phone system does exist.
